My wife has been an early elementary educator for 30 years and constantly struggles with the Push to include technology in her classroom. I loved our time in the 1980s when we used to walk 5 km to school and play outdoors from 4-7 pm with whole neighborhood children. No TV, no fridge, no washing machine or dryer, etc. After the day is done, we were very tired and slept from 10 pm to 6 am. Lovely days.
